Brian Ravencraft
Executive Advisor & Director of Finance
In addition to his role at Blair Carlisle, Mr. Ravencraft is also a Principal at Holbrook & Manter since 1995, primarily focusing on the areas of Tax Consulting and Management Advisory Services within several industries: agri-business, construction, manufacturing, non-profit, professional services, real estate, and closely held businesses and their owners.
Prior to joining H&M, Mr. Ravencraft gained extensive audit and tax experience with regional firms in West Virginia, Virginia, and New York. His responsibilities have included audits of regional banks and developing corporate strategy, business planning, and corporate and individual tax planning.
Mr. Ravencraft is an alumnus of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration majoring in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Ravencraft sits on various boards and is currently the president of the Union County Board of Developmental Disabilities and treasurer of the Community Improvement Corporation of Union County. In addition to board participation, Mr. Ravencraft is a frequent presenter at various tax education seminars for clients and other professional associations, including the Conway Center for Family Business events. Mr. Ravencraft is also a writer and contributor for Ohio's County Journal.
Mr. Ravencraft is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
