Mr. Rife has over 30 years of experience in information technology and specializes in cybersecurity, technology risk, and technology compliance. In the early 1990s he formed Zero One Communications, a technology integration and consulting firm which specialized in system and network architecture, security, design, and deployment. During his years at Zero One Communications, he delivered high-level consulting solutions to executives for a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, governmental, and institutional clients. In 1998 Mr. Rife founded Rife Consulting Group, a technology risk advisory practice. Rife Consulting Group was rebranded in 2020 as Blair Carlisle. His experience includes projects and consulting, and compliance for numerous companies across the globe.
